6.Submit your home to the multiple listing service within 24 hours.
7.Create home feature sheets with color photos.
8.Write several effective ads and place with various newspapers.
9.Hold open house inspection with owners permission.
10.Order the attractive and well known Re/Max sign to channel buyers calls directly to me for more effective handling.
11.Mail copies of all ads and promotions to you.
12.Install lockbox to facilitate increased showings.
13.Refer other agents to your home if they have buyers looking in your price range.
14.Contact all agents that have shown your home for their feedback.
15.Handle follow-up and keep you informed after contract has been accepted on all mortgage, title and other procedures.
16.Get as many qualified buyers through your home as possible.
17.Pre-qualify all prospective buyers.
18.Ask for pre-approval documentation with each offer.
